If your purchase does not meet expectations, we gladly accept full returns on full-price items for a full refund, excluding any additional shipping fees.

Please note: Items purchased during our Sample or Archival Sales are considered final and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt.

We kindly ask customers to cover the cost of return shipping.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be:

• Unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

• If the original packaging is not included, a HK$100 repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund.

Please retain your tracking number until your return is safely received. Items should be packaged securely. We are unable to issue refunds for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Note: returned items remain your responsibility until they have been safely received by us.

How long does return processing take?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. You'll receive a notification confirming your refund or exchange tracking details. Your bank may take additional time to release funds.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion, including in circumstances involving:

• suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions;

• product availability issues;

• pricing, product information, or website errors; or

• abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour toward our team.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will notify you and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
