If your purchase does not meet expectation, we gladly accept returns on full‑price items for a full refund, less any additional shipping fees incurred through paid shipping options.

Please note: Items purchased during our Sample or Archival Sales are considered final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to present your return to a postal service or courier.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be:

• Unworn, in pristine condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Please obtain and retain a tracking number for your parcel. Journee cannot assume responsibility for returns lost in transit. Pack your item with care to prevent damage while shipping.
Items returned with damaged or missing packaging will incur a 100 HKD deduction from the refunded amount.
